İİT Ülkelerinde Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim

Günümüz Islam dünyasinda mesleki ve teknik egitim her geçen gün biraz daha fazla önem kazanmaya baslamistir. Çünkü tüm çabalara ragmen issizlik sorunu kendini her geçen gün daha derinden hissettirmektedir ve is arayanlarin yariya yakini meslegi yeterlilige sahip degildir. Öte yandan sanayi, ihtiyaç duydugu vasifli isgücünü bulamamaktadir. Tüm bunlara ragmen Türkiye'de ve diger Islam ülkelerinde gençlerin mesleki-teknik egitime talebi azalmaktadir. IIT ülkelerinde mesleki ve teknik egitim sorununa çözüm bulma çabalari, yeterli düzeyde olmasa da mevcuttur; en azindan yetkililerin pek çogu bu alandaki eksikligin farkinda olduklarini ve bu soruna bir çözüm bulunmasi gerektigi yönündeki arzularini her firsatta ortaya koymaktadirlar. Iste bu noktada, mesleki-teknik egitim alanindaki deneyimlerin paylasilmasi, bu sorunun evrensel yönleri ile tek tek ülkelere özgün yönlerinin ortaya konulmasi, bu alandaki isbirligi imkânlarinin arastirilmasi büyük önem kazanmaktadir.In the Islamic world of today, vocational and technical education is gaining much importance with each day passing. It is because the problem of unemployment is becoming more and more evident in spite of all efforts and nearly half of the job seekers do not have professional competence. On the other hand, industry can not find the required qualified manpower. Despite all these facts, the demand for vocational and technical education in Turkey and other Islamic countries is decreasing. The efforts to find a solution to the problem of vocational and technical education are taking place in the OIC countries. At least most of the authorities know about the deficiency on this area and they express their desire to find a solution for this problem at every opportunity. Right on this point, the sharing of experiences on the fields of vocational and technical education, executing the universal aspects of this problem and its country specific dimensions and exploring potential cooperation opportunities on this field gain so much importance.(Tanitim Bülteninden)
